Howard Chen (Po-Hao) is a radiology chief resident at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. He grew up in Taiwan through the 1990s and witnessed what technology can do to transform an entire civilization. He is also partial to Taiwanese beef noodle soups.
Howard programs in Python and Java. After graduating from Harvard Medical School and Harvard Business School, he is now on a quest to explore how data science can drive radiology to deliver better care.
